In the Redeemer's Field

This was a commission for a sweet elderly woman who donated this sculpture to Mountain View Presbyterian Church in Loveland, Colorado.  It depicts the Old Testament woman Ruth, who's story is in the book of the Bible named for her.  She is depicted gleaning in Boas' field.  He was the gentleman who came to her rescue and they ended up as ancestors of King David meaning they were also ancestors of Jesus Christ.
